Adopt-a-Family for the Holidays

Families are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we know you are interested, we will assign you to a family or individual. The Adopt-A-Family program's preferred gift is retailer gift cards in units of $50.00 ( minimum gift ). It is a great way to make the holidays much brighter for victims of domestic violence and give directly to someone or a family something they specifically want. It allows our clients to shop for themselves and participate in the holiday spirit.
We are asking adopters to donate gift cards to our participating families, who make wish lists of the specific gift cards they want. Because of all your donations, our generous community adopted 203 adults and children in 2023!
We try to give a gift card valued at a minimum of $50.00 per person. Grace Smith House is always accepting the following gift cards (for the holidays and year-round):

- TJ Maxx/Marshalls
